He has consulted with companies such as Yahoo, Disney, Toyota, Nissan, Deluxe, AEG, Fox, Cisco, Comcast, and Ticketmaster.
Frank’s areas of expertise include artificial intelligence, data science, web and mobile development, online advertising, knowledge management, decision support systems, customer relationship management, and big data. Prior to founding IT Strategists, Frank Bell grew a start-up consulting firm 400% and worked at CitySearch and Universal building systems and launching new markets. Frank began his career in the United States Air Force, where as a Captain he was Director of Special Projects of the largest Air Force command and control system.
Frank graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.Eng. (Honors) in Electrical Engineering. He received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
